And you swish with it for a minute then swallow it and it supposed to do all kinds of wonderful things... incluing making you feel better when you have a cold. However, my former hairdresser swears by it and promotes its use to everyone that comes into her shop.
But you gotta take into account that there's new studies showing that taking too much vit c, ecchinecea, or meds formulated to boost your immune system may actually boost it too much. Once I took a cold fx type med and actually got sicker. Im anxious about them now.

my grandma is suppose to take it cuz she's got diabeties and all this stuff but i duno if she still takes it....
 i tasted it before it dosent taste that bad...

I have a mans name here, Walter Friesen, That sells it 604-557-3397 or 760-898-0471.. He says its about 25$ a bottle
I tasted it last night and it tastes good but peculiar.. It is really fruity and almost a bit spicy but I think thats because the put the peel and the seeds in it. Just for example on the front of the pamplet it says it cures things like arthritis, diabetes, asthma, allergies, migraines, IBS, High Cholesterol, Crohns, and so many other things.. Now to me this sounds to good to be true, but your supposed to drink 3-1oz shots a day before meals. And the bottles are fairly large.. soo I dunno. I have 3 of the things listed above and what if its just as easy as drinking some strange juice..
