So, in case you didn't know, the Green Party leader is being excluded from the nationally televised debate AGAIN this election, even though they received nearly 5% of the vote last time.

Whether you will vote for, or even believe in the Green Party at all, this is a matter of fairness and each party being able to have their say so that voters can make an informed decision. We all know that the other major parties are behind this, so please help by signing a petition that can be found at the following link:

My god, are you suggesting that people with lots of money also yield tremendous power and influence over politics... egads, I think you should write a political science paper on this and get it published ASAP - I mean this is groundbreaking material! I wonder if historians have ever noticed this trend at all? Probably not, you should let them know too!

Since you brought it up, mind sharing with me what the integral differences of views on current policy are between the three top parties? Lets just focus on National Defence, Imigration and Refugee rights, Foreign Policy - including international aid, foreign business and current CIDA initiatives.

Then explain to me the core differences in Indegenous affiars, the theoretical differences in each parties action plan over the next term for the ministry of environment, and fisheries.

Finish it off with law enforcement policy, and health care.

In curious why how many seats a party won, even relevant? If a party is allowed to exist, and we coexist under an idea of "democracy" then shouldnt all parties have an equal representation in televised debate? Im curious what the opinions of communist party supporters and liberterian party supporters have?

I hope this petition sees some light of day. I think the intentions of people involved in this petition are good, but somewhat reactionary, and i fear it may prove a diversion to the core realities of the next federal election.

The primary and most direct means of evoking a directive for change, that has the least inherant possibilty of being corrupt and therefore rendered irrelevant, by business and current governmental structure, is a unified revolutionary movement. And historically any revolution that has a shred of positive impact has depended on the combined support of the many. The "many" MUST include representation by all walks of life including the most oppressed of communities, and the many must set aside the most peripheral of self interest for the common good of the movement.

Such a revolutionary movement, cannot afford to barter and consolidate the groups mandate with that of current government in the interest of finding a happy "medium" either, but rather can and will only except the complete disolvement of corrupt policy.

In case this makes no sence to you, then i suggest trying out some research on such relolutionary movements as those of venezuela and cuba. Its very interesting and relevant material.

Although im still unsure of its long term effects on new politics in canada, i would sure love to see the collective resources and representatives of the communist party, liberterian party, and marijuana party to join forces.
