i'm not saying it's real, or fake.. just a few things..

1. that's not a patch on his arm, they're taking his blood pressure or whatever.
2. he has cleavage! hehe!
3. who's to say the rest of his body isn't scratched up? it shows his head, and shoulders, a bit of his arms and chest. what about the rest of his chest, torso? legs? the rest of his arms? no.. who knows!
4. could be real, or fake? i don't know but who's to say with that he would die? it all depends exactly what happens.. i've seen a thing with a guy who had a knife stuck shoved in the back of his head, he was still alive and walking! who says this guy can't? it's not his brain that's showing, his jaw and nose have been ripped apart but his brain isn't oozingoutta his head or anything.
5. they culd've had some reason to take pics? meh.. i dunno..
