Okay what does it mean when you try to send a text message on a Rogers cell phone and this message pops up "Sending Failed" "Status:38"?

WTF is status 38, this never happened before, all the other messages work when I try to send them. Its really tripping me out.

probably means that the server didn't push your message through the third party carrier that sends the texts out, you should try again :p

Apperantly it was cause I was sending the text message to a Pay As You Go phone that didn't have minutes on it. So the message couldn't get sent, so it kept failing.
