well tonight I'm cooking a big dinner:
roast beef (got it hand cut from a gourmet butcher yum!) havarti & garlic mashed potatoes salad made from spinach, roasted portabello mushrooms and red peppers with my homemade feta dressing the mushrooms are marinating in olive oil/wine/balsamic vinegar/chiles as we speak. I'M GETTING SO HUNGRY JUST LOOKING AT IT. |
