Chicken and cashew rice bowl, served on coconut infused jasmine rice. Also ate garlic bread, some fries and coleslaw. What can I say, I was hungry! lol

I am going to make curried chicken in a tomotoe sauce on pasta, once i get it going ill throw some veggies in the mix. It should be good eats!!!!

and its actually quite easy to make

cook chicken in pan, add curry paste, add whatever spices you want. add tomotoe sauce and veggies, and then mix with desired pasta.. done and done

i made pasta with a rose sauce that has pan seared yellow squash, onions and garlic.
it was delightful.
