Yerba mate
I went to a health food store yesterday and they actually had ONE bag of yerba mate. I have looked everywhere for this stuff, for like years. Finally its mine! muahaha.

Now I just have no idea how to brew it...

I guess I should have actually explained what this stuff is. lol.
Its a tea from Paraguay or Argentina.. somewhere in South America. Anyways, its kind of like green tea, but its much more nutritious.

I'm looking up some stuff on a website.. hey, you might like this, it minimizes hay fever and allergy attacks.

I drink it because its an energy stimulant, sort of like caffine but its better for you, it lasts longer, and it doesn't disrupt sleeping patterns.

I found it at a health food store in surrey. They have it at the Nutrition House in metro every once and a while, but never when I'm there. figures.

I'm sitting here drinking my mate. I managed to find a gourd and bombilla too!! I was soooo amazed. actually my mom found them.. lol. this place in white rock called Tea Tyme or something like that.

There is no need.. the herb is spelt "thyme", with an h. But this store, Tea "Tyme" [notice the capitalization of the T, indicating that it is a name] has no 'h' in it.
