i took capoeira for a while but my lower back just couldn't really handle it. Definitely a great workout.

fable whats up with that?! i saw the posts the other day.. 11:30-1:15. is it actualy classes or is it a club? i might might pop by to watch next monday.. i have class at 1:30..i dont think its a good idea to go into class sweaty. lol

i take it @ ache brazil which is at broadway and kingsway!! i highly recomend it
and the first class is always free!!

capoeira looks like a lot of fun. probably quite difficult, but im sure it is a blast. too bad monday is my busiest day : (

man, i so wanted to join up, but watching you guys(and girls) move, was really intimidating! Such balance! So awesome. I figure ill get into some better shape, with the budget classes and weights, and then when i know i wont die after 10 mins, im there!!! I was into tae kwon do for a long time, but that was in another life. Hopefully by the summer, ill feel up to joining all you pros! :)

theres a few flyers up around the school, near the mac labs. Ill hit up one of my classmates who told me about it, and when i get the intel, i relay it your way.

Capoeira is sweet i love it done 6 classes of it now but one thing i find about it is its all about dancing :) so i prefer Bodo Ninjitsu as my martial arts preference its all about one hit one kill, no dancing no intimidation no point to prove jsut Bam and its over ...

The only problem is its illigal so classes are always in some random wearhouse or under bridges buts its wicked

i felt the same way at first...just gotta go a couple of times to start feelin the basic movements and then everything else comes with practice
