Nice to see after a challenging year where company wide a lot of pessimism about profits among the challenges actually turned out good for us!
I'm not too sure about what I'm getting, and not even sure if it's going to be a lot, its just the principle of a pat on the back from the company to everyone that makes me warm + fuzzy! hoo-ah!
