Nightmare in a nightmare

Like today I had a nightmare and woke-up from it into another nightmare, it was so scary. I hate those nightmares.

It was weird cause both were linked to each other, like in the first one something was chasing me, but I could never turn around to see what it was and then I'm the second one I was stuck in a room with screaching noises and flickering lights.

Stupid nightmares.

They say going to sleep on a full stomach can cause nightmares. I often have something or other to eat before sleeping, and I cant remember the last time i had a nightmare, so.. what im trying to say is: man up.

Also, like, what are these nightmares about ? roughly..

haven't had a nightmare in a while, but I know how much they suck... personally, I always get the strangest dreams ever and I always seem to remember them... but nightmares, no, and thank goodness, lol.

Are you taking piracetam? It has been known to cause weird nightmare loops like the one you are describing in some users.

I remember catching my boyfriend having a nightmare. It was scary for me because he was yelling in his sleep. I think it was a dream where someone was choking him or something. I couldn't get that sound of distress out of my head for the rest of the night.

No I'm not on any meds, I'm perfectly healthy. I usually eat before I go to sleep, maybe that's what causes them, but a man's got to eat when a man's got to eat right?

The dreams are usually the same, they're always about me trying to escape from somewhere or someone. I know dreams usually mean something, but I have no idea what these nightmares mean.

I get dreams like that all the time. usualy very intense and they feel very real. Like trying to run away. I remember one where I was stuck in nazi germany and I was trying to climb a barbwire fence. For some reason though, they don't really scare or upset me. I just wake up and think (well that was strange)

They used to scare me when I was a little kid, not anymore. Now I just think that they are stupid and annoying. Like I much rather be dreaming of being at a rave in Amsterdam, or headlining Wrestlemania. I love the dreams where you are super rich and famous.

Contrarly to what most might think...Nightmares are quit usefull, it is a sort of teaching from your unconscious to your conscious or simply developing a instinct - In other words, the message that your unconscious ''the nightmare in question'' sends you in a dream - that either you have or don't do enough of certain things, or simply have to much or do to much certain things...But only you knows what is that ''thing'', it can be anything in relation with what you do or do not do in your life: emotional, physical, material, professional and so on... They help you guide through your journey's.

I would say read books or simply try to remember the dreams that you have and write them down, every single dream you have like every single act in life has a reason/purpose even if it doesn't always appear to be true...

Yeah nightmares can be intense, I'm not really into them too much, just glad that they are over when they are. I know they are linked somehow to someone's everyday life in one way or another. I think dreams can predict the future in someway. They can also serve as a warning about something or someone.

BTW Awesome video links in your profile dude :) totally made me forget about the nightmare. Gonna sit and download all those videos all night, they're awesome.
