icbc inkjury claim question
i got rear ended yesterday, and my wrist really hurt, and still does today. It hapened well i was at work, but im a independant contractor/owner of the company so im not gonna be able to take time out, however it does limit what i can do at work. Personally I dont care about going for alot of money, but figure since i pay so much for insurance a year, i am entitled to something. What do you suggest I do?

Get a lawyer....for serious....
Just don't get one from the phone book, ask around to friends and see if they can refer you to someone. ICBC has a hit list of lawyers that they don't like to pay out to. Generally it is the ones in the phone book. Look for a lawyer who only costs 25% too if you can.... |

just to let u know, this was not a very serious accident , i was at a red light and a lady hit me because she thought i was going forward, it was not at a high speed at all, I was supriused to feel the pain an hour after it hapened since it didnt seem that serious.
Should I be going to the doctor for xrays? |

I got run over at school once and missed a day there and a day of work, I got my lost wages. And asking a lawyer isn't going to cost, they will give you a consultation. |

I was a passanger in a Prelude that got rear ended, the car was a total ride off. My neck hurt for the longest time, but I never went to see a lawyer, just saw a doctor a few times. My buddy who was the driver got $2, 000 out of it.
I wonder if I can still get compansation, even though the accident was 2 months ago and I didn't make a claim? |
