It's not so much mimicking it as whipping out the quotes to provide comic relief to a situation, just like any movie with one liners and funny parts. Take a look at Napoleon Dynamite.... I don't know one person who didn't know at least one quote from it. It's pop culture and it will eventually die down just like anything, but basically this movie is all about pop culture, otherwise why would people be so fascinated with it. This is like my generation's clueless. Same sort of deal. As far as Pink Wednesdays is concerned, that's just for the hell of it because Bryan and I are geeks. <3
