yay! i can fit into my old clothes again!
i had all these old clothes from 2 summers ago before i did my whole quit-drugs-worked-at-mall-near-food-court-went-on-anti-depressents weight gain that i have wanted to fit into again. and now i can!!! yay me! *happydance* :D:
the only problem is that i used to like tight-fitted shirts and now i'm so used to baggy ones :304: and i'm just happy cuz i lost weight the healthy way this time! :288: *happydanceagain* just had to get that all out *huggles* nathaniel kristofer |

awesome! isn't it nice to be able to fit into old clothes again... good to hear you're healthy:)

YOOOOOOOO i totally feel ya!!
*does a happy dance with lovekat* It took my 6 freakin months but I lost weight the healthy way AKA exercising 3 times a week at the gym, and it's really paying off.. I gained so much weight after I stopped partying, and went to quebec during the summer.. I Think I was even gaining weight while I was raving.. Grade 11 wasn't such a great year.. I totally know what you meant : ) you should be proud of yourself.. the healthy way, is the best way! |

i've been going to the gym 5 days a week lately and i'm not sure how much weight i've lost yet cuz i don't own a scale, but i'm just happy with the way things are going i just can't wait to buy new clothes soon! *huggles* |

DON'T USE IT! I'm WARNING you.. At first I didn't check out my weight, and all was fine, I'd check back from time to time to see my weight and it kept going DOWN.. but now that I'm more conscious about the "numbers" than how I "feel"... it's really really becoming an obsession, and I hate it.. MY weight is beginning to determine how I feel at the start of the day... When it goes up I look at myself in the mirror and I'm like. "Fuck... i got FAT.. and then I feel likemy face got really big... and everytime I look myself in the mirror I feel so fat... SErioiusly, think aobut how you feel, don't go by the weight.. Lately I've been going to the gym 5 times a week too... and when I stop, I feel so helpless and fat... Don't let it get to you, I need to lose weight though, for some reason I'm gaining weight even if I've increased the amount of exercise I do per week, I think it's cuz I intake too many carbs.. rargh... feeling good doesn't feel too good when it becomes an obsession... gotta break away from this cycle.. HOwever, I know exactly how you feel :) so keep up the health, *cheers* |
