Can anyone fix a guitar?

I have a wicked electric guitar, the only problem is the electical is all fucked up and all over the place, i was wondering if anybody knows how to fix this. Like the panel with the the knobs and fader is completely out of the guitar, but the wiring is still there, i just need someone who knows where what wire goes, then i can solder it togather. anybody?

if you can get ahold of a soldering gun, I can do most of it.. unless it's the pick-ups. Those are easy to fuck up even worse. I could probably take a look at it saturday, if you'd like.
