Azureus
Man I love this program. Bit torrents rock. I have so many wicked movies and tv show on my computer, for free! Great quality on all of them, except some are in spanish.. haha. And I dont get any viruses either (knock on wood)
who else uses it?

Why would you want utorrent over azureus ?
Ive used a whole bunch and I found azureus to be the smartest/best. Ive never used utorrent .. whats better about it? Is it a manager , so you can manage all your downloads in the same window or is it more like bittorrent etc where you have to have multiple windows open ? www.torrentspy.com is a lot bigger than mininova Id suggest that one

torrentspy.com is rapidly going to crap. it does still have its uses if the file you are looking for is nowhere else. mininova barely has anything. thepiratebay is reliable. iso hunt too.
the private ones are the best. keep an eye on the trackers youre using for hints on good private sites.

I'm starting to use demonoid.com alot more than Torrentspy now.. cleaner. and of course oink for music, that's all i really need. I agree, uTorrent is really good though. Since some places don't allow bitcomet anymore, it's pretty much a better replacement. Super small memory footprint too.

i use abc bittorrent.
i havent used utorrent or azureus so i don't know how they would compare to one another, but im a big fan of abc, give it a try. http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/ edit: here is a screenshot.

I used to use Azurus. Man, does it blow ass now. Bit Comet is way better. I've found it to be a lot faster, you can choose what parts of the torrent you want to download (like if you just want the first 7 episodes of season 12 of the Simpsons), and it has all the good torrent sites built into its browser. Azurus was nice while it lasted but it's pretty clunky and useless compared to Bit Comet.
