Buying my FIRST house!!
Oh yeah!!!...Gonna close the deal with my Newly Built First Owner townhouse on Monday!! Got the great news from my mortgage broker tonight!, already put a deposit on this house....oh yeah!!, I'm sooooo stoked, I might be 24 and living at home right now, but my time has come and to take on a huge responsibility, and finally buying my own place, All these years I refused to pay rent in someone else's house, or living in a tiny apartment...

I dont have much furniture at the moment but I already got a phat LCD Tv and I'm prolly just gonna buy a huge sectional couch and a nice Living room table to roll blunts and shit . and basically making my Dining area into my Dj Equipment area, oh yeah...My 4 decks and all my vinyl are gonna finally have some room to breathe... it's gonna so dope...Having a huge 1550 SQFT & 2 car garage all to myself is gonna be dope...The place already comes with new washer & dryer, and a pimp stainless steel kitchen and dishwasher and granite countertops and hardwood floors, Fuck yes!!!!!!!!

edit. Think 3 bedrooms is too many for one guy? haha!

I hate it when people stereotype Surrey as being all ghetto i to live in a really nice neighbourhood in Newton. Congradulations on your new place dude.

Exactly...Think of it going into a savings acct when you're paying off a house, cuz it's a smart investment, and the Value of the place aint gonna be going down, only up. I am VERY excited

Does this development have a website? Would like to check out the features.

BTW if you have a choice on the flooring & it's not installed yet, get wood or laminated wood or other hard surface in the livingroom etc, they usually put in carpet & it's really boring and you have to be careful about drinks spillage and shoes if people come over. Wood is so much more grown-up & better for partying.

^^ Hehe....All hardwood in the living and dining and kitchen area. Carpet upstairs....yesh!, this is gonna be dope!, just took my mom and dad to check out the place, and they obviously liked it....oh man...I can't wait!!!!!!!

oh shit!!, I just talked to my Realtor buddy, ( Dj Ignite ), he's got his MK2's in storage right now....and he's gonna let me borrow a deck ( inheireit ), So I am gonna have a 5 deck setup, just in case if I needed a 3 Vinyl application ( 3 MK2's and 2 CDJ-1000's) man oh man!!....I'm just toooo stoked. Fuck this is gonna be great....

I have just decided that when I get my 250,000 Inheirtance from my parents, I'm gonna instantly throw down 30,000 on 4 different pieces of property, Still have 130,000 in the bank to slowly pay off the mortgages for about 6 - 12 months, and fucking sell them all after!, and just keep on doing that for the rest of my life. I'm gonna have some cards to play with, and I wanna play them right. If I play these cards right....I'm gonna be a fucking millionaire one day. Hopefully, I wont have to work too hard for it...

im actually looking in to gettting a condo in surrey when i sell.

good value, lot's of re-sale potential for some of these places.

If you bought a condo in Whalley right now in a few years it will be worth way more. That place is being cleaned up nicely really fast.

^^ Exactly....there are MANY going up right now, If I had more money I'd buy 2 places...but hey...Its my first house....I cant expect to buy friggin' 2 places when I'm first time home buyer..haha!

and congrats. real estate is by far the best way to go. if i wasnt so addicted to backpacking right now id buy up some property as well.
