Blair's Hot Sauce
holy shit, picked up a bottle of Blair's Megadeath hot sauce and I've been in love. One drop is insanely hot and I've been making my food with several - my mouth is burning, I'm sweating profusely, my nose is running and my scalp feels tingly.
yummm. Just for some perspective on this stuff, it's ranked the 25th hotest sauce in the world. As far as Scoville Scale (i.e. how hot it is chemically), it supposedly has 550,000 units. Just to put it in perspective, a jalepeno pepper only has max 8000 units and even a habenero chile peaks at 350,000 units (according to wikipedia, a Red Savina Habenero peaks at 580,000). The number one sauce is "Blair's 16 million reserve" which is apparently pure capsaicin extract and aptly has a Scoville rating of 16 million :o. Good stuff... rankings were found here: http://www.sweatnspice.com/hottest_sauces.php |

What's that shit that they make you sign a waiver for before they'll even give it to you? I believe it has the word 'death' in it and comes in a bottle that either has a skull on it or is shaped like one.
You'd think the word death and skulls would be enough to convince people that it might be a bad idea to try this shit... hahaha |
