Like I said, my mom and I are both those easy people that say "tall latte" or "ice tea" so they get it easy, I am not one for being picky with my drinks, as long as they taste good and are made properly I don't mind at all. I sometimes ask for easy ice because you get more that way, however, usually it's just what's on the menu.
I remember being behind some woman who was like non-fat no foam soy heated to 150 degrees or something ridiculous like that easy on the syrup etc I was like.... oh boy |

hahaha Seriously.... it's only 1 out of 20 or so customers that is all diva-drinky so THERE! If everyone else is fine with it why can't you be!!?? Like I said... it's not that big of a deal. I honestly don't usually mind for the most part. 99% of the mods are hardly difficult to do. It's more so just funny to hear some wannabe know-it-all order their drink like they're a pro and end up getting it all wrong! We always look at each other and smirk.... Sometimes I wonder if all the joke modifications they make actually make a difference in the drink or if they just THINK that they will. To me the biggest pain mods are the 1 or 2% milk.... we only carry skim and whole so it's little of this, little of that. If they want it xtra hot too we have to over steam two separate milk pitchers so it just creates a lengthy process. When you're backed up to the door with customers and have to have people in and out within a 5 minute period in order to make a good snapshot then those drinks become tedious and slow us down BIG TIME!
