Yes, I guess I misworded it, im aware of Telus and Bell being on the same network like Rogers and Fido are. I was just tryin to diss Telus in general (for their more expensive plans and crappy customer service) and give a big ups to Bell (for having good plans and much better customer service).

I'm w/bell, and my phone is OK but I kept on getting fast busy yesterday calling my brother who has fido. Makes sense now

ps- good luck getting any money out of your provider if your service was affected like that for less than a day, this is the nature of cellular service, it is not going to work 100% of the time in 100% of the places you go, most cell contracts even state something along the lines of that in the fineprint!

called rogers last night and they just confirmed that shit was haywire. i felt bad for the lady on the other end - you could tell in her voice that she had been dealing with irrate people all day. then my mom called in and she was pissed cause my dad couldnt get through to her all day which is kinda bad cause hes sick, and they gave her three free months.

It was just reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally annoying getting the "network busy" message 4/5 times when trying to call out.
