The Canucks With or Without Jovo

So with Jovo in the line up the Canucks started the year 21-11-5. After he was injured they went 19-19-7. Where's all the Jovo haters now?

Yes cause one player down makes the whole team play like shit rite.

Seriously there are pro's and con's to having jovo in the lineup.

Definetly miss him on the powerplay along with salo's booming shot, and both of them have excellent breakout passes from our own end.

The first pass is always important.

Jovo as well all knows gives the puck away.

but i guess the team as a whole maybe plays better with jovo in the lineup. but jovo himself isn't the reason we did so badly.

Yeah it can be annoying to see him give up the puck so undisciplined sometimes, but overall he's an important player

you have to really see him play in person to get a feel for how he sees the ice and how well he skates

I didn't say that his absence was the only problem with the team. I was just pointing out what a large roll he really plays on the team. Watching the game on Saturday it seemed clear to me that he was badly missed.

there's a ton of reasons why we suck, but taking away 2 of any team's top 4 d-men and you have a problem. especially considering we lost both since the olympics. and not just top 4 guys, but our top 2 d-men point getters.
