That bloody jingle was driving me up the wall! I had to turn off the sound.

At first I thought it was a bunch of amateurs submitting entries into some kind of contest, but, the lighting, "sets" and style are far too similar, suggesting a marketing campaign.

So, what are they for? What are the words at the end, evertime?

They're all Rube Goldberg devices. Basically mechanical pieces of art that go through a complex system of mechanics and physics to produce a very simple result. Just do a search for "Rube Goldberg" on google video or youtube and you'll find a bunch (some better than others).
