The bands my friend Kavon play's for are always pretty good i'm not sure of the name of the band he's in at the moment but i shall ask him.

Well as far as I know he's not in Open Fire anymore.... him and a buddy of mine from work are into something new together.

Another band... although probably a little heavier than your thinking Shannon is Harrow.... one of the guys I work with, same fellow that's play with Kavon, is in this band.
