Hey Zondac,
I didn't knock your driving, just your ride which I ignorantly thought was a rice rocket. :c-tard: I was wrong and I apologize there. Me bad for stereotyping people. I didn't say I could drive better than you, I just said that my SUV could probably take you down going through a speed bump laden alley. You can think I'm ignorant, I could give a shit. If in a stange way we are agreeing on the same subject then great. If not, I'm done with this subject anyway. I already have an idea of what Booey is going to buy. |

Escalade, trust me.
OK, I have't been here in a long time. All I can say is Wow. Remind me to shake your hand next time I see you, Booey.
Get the Escalade. Bottom line, it's the pimp shit. I work at a GM dealer and drive them all the time. They really did their homework when they designed this thing. I say you can never have enough power, but this truck comes pretty close to satisfying me. For fuck's sake, it's 345 Horse and over 400 ft-lbs of torque. You'd think it would be pretty rough around the edges with all that, but it is SILKY FUCKING SMOOTH. At part throttle, power is delivered in a manner so linear, you don't even know your accelerating. Dropping the hammer is another story. It'll put your head in the seat. In short, it's AWESOME. As for the MDX, I'll give it points for the smoothness. It's right on par with the Escalade in that department. In all other categories, especially looks, power and interior room, the Escalade wins out. It's juss a badass looking truck. As for gas mileage, really, who gives a fuck??? You got enough money not to be worrying aboot gas mileage. And don't get the EXT. It's juss another fad. It's cool now, but juss wait a couple years. If you're gonna do that, get a Chevy Avalanche. Now that's a BADASS truck. And, you can get a 3/4 ton version. Which means you can get a big block or a Duramax Diesel if you wanted to. Or even a Yukon Denali. It's got all the stuff that the Escaalde has, except the Cadillac Badge. And it's cheaper....... and better looking IMHO. http://www.gmc.com/denali/main.html Three words: Garnet Red Metallic. The most BADASS color GM offers in their truck line. I juss aboot shot my load the first time I saw a Denali in Garnet Red. Dope. So yeah, get the Escalade. But I'm more of a Denali fan myself. -Dwight:Somatic: Last edited by Somatic; Mar 30, 02 at 09:14 AM. |

Zondac = Moron.
Oh, this is too good for me to pass it up. Zondac, you're a FUCKING RETARD.
Bottom line, flipping anything without someone hitting you first, makes you a first class idiot. The American government isn't stupid for keeping them around, the general public is stupid for driving them like that. You my friend, are a glaring example of our society's ridiculously apparent stupidity. Drive it in the way it was meant to be driven. Here's another example: Quote:
Then you went ahead and said it had "racing cams." Thanks for coming out, jackass. Unless you're running a 4.7 in there, there is no way you have "cams." Say it with me now, "cam." It's a pushrod motor, numbnuts. It has one cam. As for it's "racing" designation, that can go for any bumpstick. The cams in my Quad-4 are the same ones that came from the factory, but I still race the fucking thing. So I must have "racing cams" too. Oh yeah, can I have some lift and duration numbers, please??? And if you do have a 4.7 *cough* 318 *cough* in there, there is no chance you're making 500 horse, unless you own a megabuck machine shop and have a degree in mechanical engineering as well as a certificate in automotive machining. Then you said it was "ported." Is this a new machining practice, or something??? What exactly did you port??? The whole engine??? the car, maybe??? Talk to me in terms of intake manifold and cylinder head castings as well as airflow numbers, in cfm, please. "not bored cause I want the acceleration... " Now I know that you're a bonafide expert. How do you figure that??? Do you even know what an overbore is??? And who gives a fuck about how much your brakes cost??? They're probably OE replacements from Lordco anyways. -Dwight:Somatic: Last edited by Somatic; Mar 30, 02 at 09:22 AM. |

I didn't say the government was stupid for keeping them around. They make a lot of money for America. I just said they didn't care about the numerous needless deaths.
Are you so stupid to think the things only flip if a car hits them? Remember the Firestone incident? The tires blew sure. But a stable vehicle can still be controlled after a blowout. The fatalaties came when the what should have been illegal vehicles flipped. Firestone AND Ford were put on trial, but Ford had the power of the government behind them because they are one of the three American car manufacturers. So... Ford was let off. Did you know hundreds of settlements each year are paid off in secrecy to families of the deceased who died in needless SUV rollovers that could have been prevented by just widening the stupid chassis? The whole point is: a safe vehicle is forgiving an SUV is not. Road deaths happen when the unthinkable... unplanned happens. As I said I flipped it while going straight. And where did you get 318 from? Are you trying to be annoying? As for the mechanics.. you're right.. I haven't a clue. I like to drive. As for what I paid to get done I consulted and consulted asked and asked again finally getting it done. I worked on it as well so that every part I touched... every part I helped put on which is what I wanted... a labour of love... but I haven't a clue. Yes, I don't know why I said cam.. guess a typo since I did put the thing in myself. But dude.. seriously you're like the sheep of the country who are so easy to pull a blanket over their eyes. "The American government isn't stupid for keeping them around, the general public is stupid for driving them like that." Driving them like what? Keeping up with traffic in a straight line? Do you know that's how most SUV fatalaties happen? So go back to "the mansion" Mr. Vindicator. The world is safe now the government is more concerned with you as a person than money. Keep rollin' Ba-bye. Hammered, Booey.. it's cool. If you're going to actually use the things that's cool. Jade... Jade.. hmm.. is that your real name? Have I met you before? I just got back to Van. I've been in Alberta for awhile. Zondac |

Zondac....
It's obvious you're a fucking moron.
The general public I'm refering to are retards like you who drive their SUV's in a manner they weren't meant to be driven. ie. Speeds over 200 km/h. Need I say more??? Drive them like they were meant to be driven. As for the Firestone incident, if your fucking tire bursts at highway speeds, any vehicle can flip over regardless of weather or not its an SUV. You think widening is gonna help??? Look at the Hummer which is the widest SUV in the world. I've seen those things flip. It's not pretty. And the Charger??? Holy fuck, if that's not a glaring example of your stupidity, then I don't know what is. You talk like you know what you're talking about, but in reality, you don't know shit. It's juss like you talking like you know about SUV's. Thanks for coming out, though. -Dwight:Somatic: |

"Zondac....
It's obvious you're a fucking moron." -Somatic Let's take a look into the mind of Somatic. Birthday: June 2nd, 1979 yaa.. just the age I thought... Biography: Bonafide party kid wow.. that would be an amazing story I'm sure. Sad thing is.. that probably is your life. Location: The Mansion HAHA twat. Word up to all the homies as you be sippin on champagne toasting the high life. Just watch out for moms holmes cuz youu know you can't be makin' a mess. Interests: Cars, school, women, parties WOW. My god. Those are some crazy interests G that seperate you from so many boys your age. Occupation: Student This is where I know for a fact mom and dad bought you your SUV, Civic or whatever the hell your Asian? ass drives. Past Parties: I only go to the good shit... Of course you do X vindicator. Only the best places to do your e bombs, right? Oh, I see your little sig includes a happy face with a big joint. That is so not typical.. and I never would have thought such a thing from an incredible mind such as yours. KRONIC X OWNS JOOOOO BOI!!!!! "The general public I'm refering to are retards like you who drive their SUV's in a manner they weren't meant to be driven. ie. Speeds over 200 km/h." - Somatic I never said I drove it that fast. I said I was used to driving CARS that fast. The manner of driving you were speaking of was driving straight.. as I said. Most rollovers occur when the SUV hits a different surface, or something different happens on one side as compared to the other. "Drive them like they were meant to be driven." uhhmm.. do you? Has your stupid SUV ever seen dirt? Actually... wait.. SUVs were meant for suburbanites who wanted to feel all mean and powerful in a bigger vehicle. As I said before... most rollovers occur in an accident or trying to avoid an accident. How is that not driving them like they're meant to be driven? "As for the Firestone incident, if your fucking tire bursts at highway speeds, any vehicle can flip over regardless of weather or not its an SUV. " Wow, dude.. are you serious? First of it's whether, not weather. Weather is suff like rain and warm sunshine on your skin. Normally I'd just let it go... but you seem very hung up on an "s" I accidentally placed behind cam. "You think widening is gonna help??? Look at the Hummer which is the widest SUV in the world. I've seen those things flip. It's not pretty." -Somatic *sigh* Yes great mind... widening vehicles directly equates to less chance of rollover. Other things can help too like new electronics and bars... but physics is physics man. low and wide is more stable than tall and narrow. *sigh* "And the Charger??? Holy fuck, if that's not a glaring example of your stupidity, then I don't know what is. You talk like you know what you're talking about, but in reality, you don't know shit. It's juss like you talking like you know about SUV's." Huh? A glaring example of my stupidity? All it shows is I don't know much about mechanics. And I admitted it. Just right up above here. I can see it now. I like to drive cars. I wanted to build mine, but I needed help. It's been a labour of love for years now, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I remember everything even sitting out on the porch in the hot sun scrubbing the white vinyl seats and sipping on slurpee. What have you done with your SUVs? Did you do so much as join mom and dad to the dealer, or did you just sit on the couch at home listening to rap and playing gran turismo while they went and picked it up? As to my not knowing shit about SUVs???? Man.. I was going to get links for you but you can look them up your damn ignorant self on google, yahoo or whatever you use. Oh f**K it.. here's a start. You probably don't know where to find google.com http://4wheeldrive.about.com/cs/rollovers/ "Put in your own cam??? You don't even know what a fucking overbore is. Oh, that's right, you don't need an overbore because you want "acceleration." rolls eyes*" I said before I put it in myself. I didn't once say how much I knew about cars, did I? The only reason I listed some of what was done was for a response Mister peenut gave that I just saw asking what's been done to my car. I answered to the best of my mechanical knowhow. I did not know some little twat would be wandering around looking to show how much HE knew about car mechanics. Now let's steer in another direction... You didn't seem to care about brakes. Well.. there's an indication right there you're probably clueless when it comes to driving. these are the brakes I got, btw. The 6 piston ones http://www.magnumforceracing.com/wil...rakes_drum.asp And as for my being stupid because of lack of mechanical know-how show me one Formula 1 mechanic who became a driver. You can know every inch of a car, know without question how it works.. how everything interacts.. but that doesn't bring you one step closer to being a good driver. And if you don't think SUVs are dangerous, then you're an idiot.. and you don't care about driving. You care about image. Thanks for reaffirming my image of the stereotypical SUV driver. Bye you twit. Zondac |

Re: Escalade, trust me.
holy shit, again, why do you need something that big in the city?! are you hauling trees with it? it's completely unnecessary and a waste of money, unless of course you're having some issues about the size of your penis. if people who have these huge suv's are supposedly such good drivers then why is it that they're the first ones in the ditch when vancouver gets ANY snow? |
