On May 3-4, the Mexican government and its state
apparatus launched a brutal attack on the community of
Atenco in response to flower vendors organizing
against an eviction. There are over 250 people
detained, some of have been shot to death and others
have sustained serious injuries.

The Other Campaign-Vancouver and Organizations in
Solidarity with Atenco is organizing against this
brutal attack and the hundreds of imprisionments that
remain.
