Bug Zappers!
Have you seen them?
They look like small tennis rackets. Load 'em up w/ a coupla AA cells, hold down the button, and OFF YOU GO, electrocuting li'l critters. I just zapped my first 2 of the warm-season. A bud gave it to me, last year. A big housefly took 4 prolonged zappings before the bastard stopped flying around. A regular housefly usually goes down in one zap. Fruitflies? There's a visible spark, a "snap" and a li'l puff of smoke, and nothing's left. They just get obliterated! Oh, and _don't_ be touching the metal "strings" once you've powered it. Go and drop the $ and get one! Turn fly-hunting into a fun family past-time! Frosty (looks around for more critters to zap) |

I'm taking the fucking thing with me to work, tomorrow!
We're shooting around the parking lots of Seymour Ski hill, and the bugs are _MADDENING_ @ sunrise/sunset. Even worse at sunset, is the damned 'skitters start coming out, too! I _know_ my zapping won't make any kind of dent in the bastards' numbers, but, DAMN@!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it'll make me feel a helluva lot better!!!! Frosty (~ZAP!~ *one for the humans*) |

------------------------------- I took one of those things apart and threw away the frame, then placed the mesh part on the office pa's chair in the production office, covered it with his seat cover, turned it on, after he came back from lunch he was jolted off his seat, you could hear the screaming from across the studio lot. btw: it was the production manger's idea.
