The Splits
I want to learn how to do the splits. both ways.
How do i go about this? i am reasonably flexible, for a long lanky fellow, but not even close to doing the splits. whats the process.......just stretch like a mofo all the time, or is there something specific to do? tips appreciated. thnx. Mike |

it took me over a year of stretching and getting fit to be able to do it.
what you do is you strech to your limit, which is until it starts burning, then keep it there. until you cant take much more. next day, let it heal, and when the muscle heals it will grow stronger and be able to withstand more, then do it again the day after, it will take months of continuous stretching and YOGA helps for breathing and concentration. DONT GO FURTHER THAN YOU CAN. |
