I have stayed at An Ocean View Bed & Breakfast a few times now. Its located at 715 Suffolk St., Victoria. Reasonable rates, great service, and the view is gorgeous. I love it there. Check out there website if you like: http://www.members.shaw.ca/info4anoceanview/

theres a few places out in Metchosin... which is about a 15min drive from victoria... there are some nice beaches and its a very quiet area

The sooke harbour house is SO tacky...and it's more like a hotel than a BnB.

Hrmn.. I really wish I could remember the anme of the B&B a friend went to a while back, said it was really great.
But whatever you do, do NOT stay at Mountainside (it's owned by Traveller's Inn). Horrible company, not so great service either.

i booked the Garden Suite, but i just got an email from the markhams and they're going to be away on the date that we booked : 0 (

i've bookmarked the page and will prob check it out later in the summer, or the fall.
