i stopped in like october because it got cold and i'm a big wimp...and then just kept putting off starting again.
this first run was probably the hardest to motivate myself to go out and do, so i'm hoping it'll be easier from here on until i can establish a routine again. |

Yeah, I started back into my running routine a couple of months ago when it started to warm up a bit. I still go at night cause I prefer going when its cooler out. Yeah, the first few weeks suck when you realize how out of shape you are, but after a while when it starts to feel good I get hooked on it.

running on a lonely rainy night is the best feeling!!
the rain is so cool and refreshing and it makes you run faster so you can get back into your house and be all warm. and you start to run faster easier and have natural energy its great! Plus it depresses boredem |
