I don't have any pets now, but my dog used to go and dig up carrots from the garden and then eat them daintily on the lawn. Haha.

Hmm...

Pudgy sings when you make a buzzing noise.
Pudgy also meows whenever you sneeze. I guess it's her way of saying "God bless you"
Pudgy loves to sit (like a person-back against the cushion) on the couch and sometimes falls asleep.
Geeko sometimes sits infront of Lex's office door and meows silly thinking that Lex locked him out.
Geeko loves to sleep on sound equipment stuff (i.e turntables, cables, speakers).
Geeko drinks out of the toilet, even when I've refilled his water container with fresh water. He balances himself so his paws don't touch a drop of it, as he is terrified.
The two hate sitting together when we're home, but sometimes we find them cuddled near each other sleeping when no one's home.

I have three birds. Two of them are crazy. and one of those two is crazier. The crazier one is a cockatiel named Piper and he sings (whistles) while holding up his food to his mouth and uses it as his microphone.

That alone is silly. but when I'm downstairs alone and hear him whistling upstairs it's kind of scary as he sounds like an eery little kid whistling.

He also sits on the couch and watches tv with us all the time, or walks back and forth on the back of the couch singing to himself.

What I don't get is how my birds WALK around the house instead of FLY.

my horse, sarah, will chase dogs out of her pen.
this is possibly because when we bought her as a baby our dog would bark at the horses when they were eating dinner so that they'd leave it and he could eat it.
she tried to lay down in the sand arena and roll while i was cooling her out one time too.

Affican Grey Cooper here likes to Rattle things. He's got this jingle ball in his cage that has a bell in the middle. He'll grab it and rattle it around in his hands for hours. Check the video i'm posting. He's doing it there with a Xanax bottle. Pretty wierd shit. He also asks for "cheese" all the time. "Cheese buddy?" any time you walk by with food.

My puppy does A LOT of weird and funny stuff here are some that stand out to me right now:

- He has a morning ritual, if anyone sits at the computer he barks at you until you acknowledge him or try to pick him up and give him attention, he starts ripping around in loopty loops over and over while growling... and it is always the same direction: to the other side of the room then under the coffee table then on the bed then down on the window sill then back to the other side of the room and so on. After a few loopties he comes back and starts from scratch. (infact he is doing this right now!)

- He never eats at his food dish, always has to take a pile somewhere else and eat it.. or he will eat while he walks around.

- He hates the bath/shower unless you are in it then that is the only place he wants to be and he won't leave you alone until you atleast let him come in for a minute.

- If my fiance and I are kissing, he runs as fast as he can from wherever he was when he noticed and tries to join in. (this gets reallly annoying)

- He has this one stuffed animal dog that was the same size as him when we first got him and he humps it. Well he obviously doesn't know what he is doing because he's too young but it is so funny. We call that stuffy his girlfriend, he never plays with her viciously just carries her around and humps her.

My cat was hit by a car about 5 years back and he has been fucked in the head ever since(his face was broken and they had to put wires in his jaw to fix it). Max drinks out of puddles, the shower, the toilet, cups, pretty much everythign that isnt his water dish. He also has a trail that he follows from the front of the house to the back of the house. Since his accident he stays mostly in our yard. It is funny if he is not on his trail and u call him from the back yard he will jump in the trail and follow it right to the back yard, sometimes the regular trail and he also has a shortcut trail. He is very protective of our yard so any dogs that come in the yard he literally chases them out of the yard claws flying. I live right near the coquitlam river and he has survived 10 years here. He sits in the back yard while the racoons are in the yard with their babies and they wont touch him. He has may animal friends that visit us at the back door.
My exes old cat used to pick up the food out of his dish with his paw and put it in his mouth. He was declawed so he liked to pick things up with his paws.

my Himalayan, Shabba, has strange eating habits... he'll fill his mouth with as much of his dry food as he can stuff in, then he walks into the living room & finds something like a magazine or a record sleeve to spit out all the food onto. then he goes about eating the food, but almost always goes back to the food dish for another load before he finishes the last one.

he also does somersaults against my leg when he's feeling affectionate. or he waits until i rub his back and then just flops over on his side as if he lost all muscle control.

My dog sits upright on the couch and watches TV. No joke.
She sits on her bum with her front paws up in the air. I really should take a picture of this.

She also enjoys tearing up any brightly coloured flyer that she can get her little paws on! Once she's done tearing it up she tries to pile it up in the middle of the living room floor.

And she only barks at people/dogs who walk by the house if there are people home. If no one is home, she just watches them go by.

She's so funny :)

My dog does this on a pretty regular basis.
She's a year old now, and when she was younger she did it way more often.

Anyhow, we refer to it as "Mad Dog" because she gets this crazy look in her eye and the next thing we know she's tearing around. When she does it we make silly voices and say "ooooh no it's Mad Dog Maddie!" haha.
