doing a cleanse

I've been told by my doctor to do colon cleanses about 4 times a year due to some health issues.
Can anyone recomend any good programs that have worked succesfully for them?

I did the Herbal Rose Detox :) It worked wonders. I think that Avana started a thread not to long ago about a few cleanses. There might be a few in there as well.

Also just walking into a health food and asking them would be helpful. The would know best. :)

Hey, my method is just the Home Hardware version of what they really do for a proper Enema Clean.

It involves: Warm Water, Activated Charcoal and a Hose... :p
