miska, cheese curds are yummy!! the good ones (that i had in quebec) squeak when you chew them, they're the best. i haven't been able to find really good cheese curds here though.

i have never tried mcdonalds poutine, mcdonalds is icky.

When I was in Quebec, poutine was a BIG thing... wherever you went they sold poutine... it's so damn fattening and so damn good.
