neone listen to the beat here in the mornings?!?!? my friend marytez suddenly hit up the charts and today she moved up to number 6!!! i don't remember what her new song is called but shes wicked! catagorized as "new skool"...her debut song is kinda poppy and cliche, but ITS ALL GOOD...i have her orginal promo cd and her songs are pretty good... more hiphop than pop. she's a major sweety too! hehehe just find it kinda cool how i see her everyday at school and i hear her everyday on the radio now!

yah i like her song "back in the day" didn't even know it was her band till she broke into the chorus. she's my friend's cousin. super cool to see some local teen talent being recognized. hope she makes it big in the states too.

Oh man. I saw marites at the PNE Fair Grounds and let me tell you. i want to get in her pants SOOOOOooooooo badly. she's a great performer live, and that's hard to find now a days. I'm just wondering just how big she'll get. She has my support 100% and she's so much cuter than Nelly Furtado (even tho, i wouldn't kick her out of bed either) and a much better performer.
