I told my high school crush to fuck off, kinda!

I had a crush on this girl in Highschool, but when I told her, even though she said she did like me, she said girls like her didnt date guys like me. Her being very pretty and popular, and me being a short little fat kid who listed to techno music all the time!
She ran into me when I was wondering the mall (before I moved out here) and she had gotten a little chunky and had a kid and didnt look all that cute anymore. She said we should get togeather some day. I told her she lost her chance, but I wished her good luck with her kid!

The odd time I ever did have a crush on a girl in highschool, I always told me straight up. So I've never been able to do that.

That happened to me a week or so ago matt. I was at work and this girl came up to me that I didn't even recognize. She was still cute, but she didn't look much like she used to. She told me she felt bad for not going out with me in highschool just because I ate mushrooms like candy. Then she asked me if I wanted to party after I got off. Needless to say I went home alone and never felt better about it.

Yeah it felt pretty good. She was hitting on my pretty hardcore, it was obvious.
Ill admit, she hadnt gone completely down hill, she was still kinda cute, but even if she still looked as good as she did in highschool... I probably would have done the same thing.

2 years after highschool a guy from highschool who I had a crush on for years found me on icq (we still lived in the same town). We both found out that we both liked eachother back then but we never did anything about it because we weren't in the same groups so it never came up.

We dated for a few months - it was a good few months, but we knew it wouldn't last (oik. I didn't know at the time, but now I know it couldn't have lasted because I have a much better relationship now.). That was 5 years ago and I still miss him as a friend, not that if I called him up for coffee we wouldn't still meet up for coffee...I'm just too shy to do the calling up :p.

i would feel no joy out of telling a girl in highschool that i had a crush that rejected me to fuck off if she turned out to be ugly after highschool and wanted to go out with me, because that makes me just as bad as her (if not worse).

you should never do wrong on to someone who did wrong on to you during high school. you guys were growing up. developing into adults. the difference is that then you were kids. now you're adults, and to play that same game with them now that they played when the two of you were in highschool would be very childish and immature.

There's one person from high school that I would like to tell that I had a crush. I'd actually had a crush on him from grades 7-12. He was one of the few people who was genuinely nice to me (probably since he'd known me since grade 3), and I honestly wonder that if I would have had the confidence to ask him out then, whether he would have said yes or not.

He's one of the few people that I actually look forward to seeing at my 10 year reunion, and one of the few people that I hope is genuinely happy whichever way his life has gone. :)
