Job Opportunities - City of Vancouver

First off, I'd like to say that working for the City is a great job. Be happy I am spreading the word ;) I know most people rely on handouts, so here it is:

The city is looking for 3-5 more employees for Sanitation Engineering.

Job Duties:

- NOTHING: Its City work - 1 Guy works, 3 Guys watch ;)
- You will be driving around in a Ford Ranger with a rake and a shovel cleaning up newspapers and other debris off of the streets of Vancouver.

You Must:

- Be able to pass a piss test, medical test and fitness test.
- Have a good driving history.
- Be able to work graveyard shifts.

The Pay:

21.08 Base + .75 cents for Graveyard + 12% on all that. 24.45 total. Comes out to about 200$ per 8 hour shift. You can easily live off of this kind of money.

any time heavy machinery or driving company vehicles is involved, you really should expect drug testing. If Sparky in the warehouse is assembling boxes, I don't care if he's cracked out the day after as much as Buddy on the forklift, who all of a sudden has a 2 tonne liability over Sparky's head.

thats a pretty low comment for someone who joined this thread to drag the character of someone a little further through the mud. big yourself but smalling out others if it's how your feel you can justify your self-richeous opinions. listen to silverwing, she knows all.

I'm a friendly drunk. A really friendly drunk. Who likes to stay hidrated when he is dancing all night, becuase hangovers suck. I have done E. It was fun. But i prefer booze. You are not the first person to think I was on E when in fact i was hammered, and you wont be the last. And to be honest, I dont really care if you think i "drop bombs" because how does that affect you?
