last week i partied from 3 pm tuesday til 9 am thursday. went to at least four clubs, two beaches, three restaurants, one boat, one mansion, one hotel room, and went through and undefinable amount of alcohol... and finally realized that i'm kind of over partying. at some point you (or at least i, maybe) realize getting shitfaced is a way to mask boredom, not cure it, and tends to destroy more of the good stuff in your life than create it.

i've done my time, i've got my stories (oh god, do i have my stories), and i'm kind of looking forward to a life where i'm home in bed by 3 am, and am a functioning human being the next day. :)

everyone has different jobs, different responsibilities, different lives... so what if you grew out of it a long time ago? give them time, and soon they (we?) too will be shaking their heads at the party kids without real lives. :p
