just been watching what i eat...total portion control and i've been walking at least 4 times a week for at least an hour each time cause i cant get my ass to the gym
im ALWAYS eating too..constantly...so my metabolism is speeding up...but im not piling my face full of crap when i do it! |

eat a lot of stuff with fibre....if u go down to the states or know someone who goes down a lot, get them to pick u up the 100 calorie snacks...they have TONS of them.
i always still kinda sorta follow weight watchers...so that helps tons of veggies and fish and fruit... not a lotta salt anymore, and something that helped...eating breakfast every morning, within an hour of waking up! |

its so hard, in 2 years i've lost 60 pounds...and i gotta long way to go
quitting drugs and that damn depo shot really ballooned me out..grrr...but im healthy now and thats what matters!! as for cutting stuff out...DONT....everything in moderation, i havent completely cut anything out, i just have stuff when i really crave it and dont let it ruin the rest of my day, i just be good the rest of the day... if you cut stuff out you might not always have a proper balance, and you may crave it and substitute even worse stuff and never ever let yourself get past of the point of hungry! |

i also had the weight gain from stopping drugs and partying hard. quitting smoking too and birthcontrol. i herd if u eat alot of small portions daily then u will speed up ur matabilism. which i think is true. thanks for all ur tips hun im again im so proud of u cause i know how terribly hard it is to loose extra weight=) |

What I've found is GREAT for the "cutting back without cutting out" is those Nabisco 100 calorie packs...We have them in Canadia as Chips Ahoy, Oreo and graham crackers.
I have one of those for my last break in the afternoon. I usually find that I want a crunchy snack (which usually leads to chips) by that time of day. These help kill the craving without killing my calorie intake for the day. :) |

Definatly gotta head down to the states to go shoppin! Right now im currently on BC, and Im trying to quit smoking. I don't want to stop the BC but definatly the smoking. But i bet if i start walking and excercising, PLUS sexersing haha ill definatly go down and portions is the main key.
Congrats Krista! Im so happy for you! And proud as well. Not only for this but also for your school and other things that have been happening in your life. I don't know you but from ur posts and what not to me ur a real trooper! Keep it up. |

thanks so much everyone!!! i thought i would post it cause i know awhile back i was asking everyone for advice, and wanted to say how well its going.
some people have asked for pics...and they arent getting them..hahaha not yet, im still fat, just not AS fat hahaha...i'll post pics the minute im down another 2 dress sizes....i promise!!! ;) |
