Las margaritas on W.4th is some really nice mexican food. Get the fajitas. They bring out a skillet of meat and all the fixings and give you at least 6 or 8 wraps to make up fajitas. Very filling.
Joe Fortes is pretty nice i hear but pricy. |

totally 2nding hot kar'ls parkside reccomendation.
their menu is amazingly delicious and they have hands down the best, most innovative drinks in the city. their location is hidden, the service is excellent and it's high end without being really pretentious. |

Ocean Club in West Van
went there the other night, super nice! right beside true confections near the south side of Park Royal. It has a nice patio with a fireplace, heated lamps and blankets overlooking the capilano river, inside has a lounge and restaurant area and definitly a perfect place for a date! boys: you will get bonus points if you take your girl here....trrrrust me. food is slightly upscale (think kegs prices) and drinks are 10 bucks each unless you're getting beer. check it out: http://www.theoceanclub.ca/ |

ended up at zin on robson,
i enjoyed the food(duck), and the actual place, didnt enjoy the kids screaming around me, alot of people looked right off the street, i was hoping for a place were people would look like they had put, not alot, but at least some effort into dressing. i might aswell have gone to earls. my mistake i guess, i took off before i saw most of these posts, but now im getting hungry again so im sure ill try most of them before the month is over, gotta take advantage of that semester break ya know lol. |
