for some reason youtube is NOT blocked at work here...i sit and watch youtube all day long.

if you're feeling like learning something, go to wikipedia and look up random articles. I relearned about protein biosynthesis this morning for shits and giggles.

You got any ipod headphones at your desk or in your car? Must have some sort of earbuds or headphones available :) I just sit and watch The Daily Show clips for about 3 hours a day in the afternoon.

and no I don't have extra, and I can't wear headphones I have to hear the phone

i work in a call centre and always wear two sets of headphones, staggered so i can hear my customer in the left ear, youtube in the right :)
