Its a great day today!
Woke up at 4:30am had a nice shower, delicious breakfast and went of to work. Work was super easy and the day went by so fast, got of at 3pm it was still really nice outside, felt so good. Decided to ride my bike from work to central (from 126/82), got a nice cardio work out, got home eat a massive steak dinner :)
Took another shower and decided to hit up the gym. Rode my bike to the gym, pumped weights for 2 hours and rode my bike home up a huge hill, my legs are killing me, but its all good.
Its all good cause I got home looked in the mirror and my six pack is coming along great, it feels so good to be so toned and ripped. I'm just below 200lbs., I'll get there soon I figure. My goal is to be 200lbs. by the end of the summer with a nice six pack.
Going to the gym can be so hard sometimes after a hard day at work, but after going to the gym you feel so alive and so much more energetic (even though you're tired as hell). I read alot (tons) of articles on how to get a nice six pack and nothing ever worked. Now I realize that my plan is working out best for me, its all about riding the bike (not the bikes at the gym but a real bike outside up hills and going threw trails), its like the best cardio ever and at the same time you're training your legs. At the gym using the ab machine with at least a 25lbs. weight helps alot too. I'm eating whatever I feel like, but I do try my hardest to stay away from fast food.
Its been such a great day, just thought I'd share it with all of you, plus I'm bored so yeah and there's nothing on tv to watch.
