What is your "cleaning" soundtrack?

for my house it's sublime 40 oz's, robbin' the hood, and self titled back to back.

for cleaning my jeep, jack johnson's on and on, and in between dreams.

do you have a fav album to rock you're mop to?

I listen to a lot of mixed dub when I clean:

damian marley, bom marley, king tubby, burning spear, etc...

I purposely listen to bad music while im cleaning lol

that way I hurry the fuck up and dont get distracted lol

Speed garage, some dnb, hardhouse- pretty much anything 'funky' with lotsa bass gets me feelin energetic which helps with the cleaning process. lol
As was said before- Sublime is good for everything. :)

i think we'd get along just fine :)

right there with you. i like to throw it back to robbin' the hood. but ususally my place isn't dirty enough for me to have to play any albums back to back ;)

i'm starting to think that we would get along just fine too

i'm the only person in my house who ever will do a deep cleaning of the place (trust me, it can get dirrrrrty with three single guys living under the same roof.), so i usually clear almost all three albums when i do clean.

^^ haha.. I remember having 3 guy roommates. *shudders* Hell, even just having one guy roommate is bad.
So happy that I have a female roommate now. :) No massive sinkfuls of dishes or pee on the toilet (YUCK!)- my house is almost always clean and it smells nice too!

Since cleaning up is such a rigorous activity - I tend to favor music with some more 'punch' and 'motivation' in it. The badass kind of motivation...

So gabber/hardcore it is for me.

I've got this cd that's basically like a bunch of string orchestra's playing old game show music..It makes me feel like im in one of those cheezy commercial's from the 50's for laundry detergent or something where people are cleaning with the film all sped up..haha
It's pretty entertaining so i get 10 minutes of super fast cleaning..
then i usually put on some random acoustic love of the moment.

I just throw on bassdrive or one of my winamp lists for whatever genre I feel like. For big cleans though, it usually ends up being my mixed playlist which has a bunch of everything I like.
