its weird that you say that..because people in this office building I work in actually do stand up while they pee.
I havent seen this personally...ive heard about it.

I always wondered why girls bathrooms always got so much pee on the seats...well i guess the chinese girls that come over here havent learned how to sit on the toilette and they stand and get pee all over the seat.
