Yeh i feel so unprepared but somehow it always fits together lol. I'm number 9 and number 3 on two waitlists at SFU and i have to setup some courses at Douglas too.

I'm actually considering finishing my grade 12 after all... I have support from my parents and the urge to actually study music, philosophy, and pop culture is growing stronger and stronger... so graduating is a must!

where would you guys recommend checking out? I don't mind actually attending regular class either, but I'm getting too old for highschool.

^^^ i took my GED exam at vancouver community college last winter.

7 hour test split into two days. than yer done! and it was probably the easiest test I've ever taken.

edit: a friend is also doing grade 12 courses at the same school if you prefer that route.

i think it depends what your going into.

It's all I needed to get into VFS, I start this january. I'm not sure what you want to go into, but its certainly worth checking out. Big time saver.

ya man, I hope i get most of it covered by funding. otherwise i might be in for some serious bills.

my friend went there for half a year.. decided it was more worth his time to drop out, and spend his next year's tuition on a nice camera and some sound equipment. Hopefully it works out better for you!

thats pretty much what i did, took the audio program at douglas, finished it, then decided to not go to vfs,columbia,trebas,ai or anyother of those highpriced/low result school....instead i used the money and went mad buying gear.

best thing ive ever done.
