1. Buying cars from the states for resale in canada

2. If you have webmastering skills, or are willing to hire outsourced workers to write articles and fill the pages with google adsense or another type of advertising system... and then get linked from content related sites etc and make money off the ads

3. If you know a friend who is trying to sell their house.. get your real estate license (can be done under a few months and for under a couple grand) then get another real estate agent to sell the house and get a cut... you make 4.5 percent off of the first 100,000$ and 2.5 percent off every additional $100,000.... so if his house is worth even just 300,000 you will be making around 10 grand split between you and the other real estate agent... an easy 3000 proffit on that 1 sale... and who knows... maybe you'll enjoy it enough to persue it as a career

are you talking about a referral or actually selling the house. you only make 25% of apprx 50% of the commision and only on one end for a referral and you still would have to pay brokerage fees. if you were going to sell it yourself you'd only make 3.5% on the first 100 000 and only 1.3 or 1.4 on each additional 100. and getting your licsense isnt a walk in the park.
