The 1st contest was almost underway until we lost a bit of our forums board. I've now reposted a new start date and finish date. You've been waiting awhile and I finally decided to get my ass in gear an re-post the contest.

Here it is:
Rules and conditions

Contest begins Monday,May 7th.
Please try to obtain a picture of your current physical condition
Contest will now run until july 1st (Canada Day)
This is based on your own progress so don't worry about not looking like hercules or zena when ur done.
Once the contest is over we will all have a meet and the winner will be announced.

Prizes:
As mentioned before the prize is $150 worth of F&K merchandise.

I live a bit far away, but i gues i could try......

But i doubt it will happen because ill have to take out the camera Take a picture.... Either scan it or mail it then

Dman nabbit! I wish I had known about htis earlier, I've lost 2 1/2 inches, with 0 weight loss since may, blarghh! and I could have had this contest in the bag (at least I think I could've)!
