For any of you out there who have Shaw digital this is free on channel 149 right now. I'm glad that Shaw picked it up.

For all of you UFC fans it's worth checking out to see some real talented fighters that put a lot of the big name UFC guys to shame. Pride, K-1, KotC, AFC, IVC.... a lot of other companies out there with great fighters.

K-1 is especially good if you like stand up fighting.... it's pretty much kick boxing on crack :)
