Y the last man is one of the best Vertigo series ever produced... I even like it better than Preacher

as for the game... it's just a hack and slash with some extra kick (superpowers and such)for the most part but I get to play as some serious bad ass characters.... Deadpool, Moon Knight, Ghost Rider, Blade..... sometimes I even wear my own tights

Actually there was doubt... due to the fact that Sandman and Green Goblin make up most of the villain story line within the movie the thought was that Eddie Brock (Topher Grace) would discover that Peter Parker was Spider-Man and that the super cliffhanger would be the symbiote transferring over to him setting up Venom as the baddie in the 4th installment.

the symbiote thing is this alien that spiderman connects with, he finds out it is corrupting him and gets rid of it.

Then the symbiote thing hooks up with this guy and together they become venom.

So when they first put up the pictures with spiderman and the symbiote its super obvious who one of the main villians is going to be in the movie.

The comics had spider-man helping out in a galactic battle, then needing a new uniform, so he mistook the symbiote containment thing for a new suit.

I really hope they don't bring the symbote in on some asteroid, or a fallen sace station. that just would seem like a writer's shortcut

As far as I know the route they're taking in regards to the symbiote is that Jonah Jameson's son brought it back with him after his little space trip in the previous flick.

Other than that I have no idea what else is going on with the plot... that being said I don't expect Venom to be the main baddie no matter what. They have put a lot of work marketing this flick already with Sandman and the 2nd coming of Green Goblin. I think we're only gonna get a taste of Venom in preparation for the 4th movie.
