Shallow Hal
I must admit I’ve been a jack black fan ever since I first saw him. He's naturally funny and has the ability to play a longhaired scrub and a clean-cut office guy. Sometimes the previews of movies give away all the funny parts but this movie had lots of little surprises everywhere. The movie consists of a lot of good casting, clever jokes and many morals. In one scene you’re laughing at the obesity of this girl and in the next your feeling sad for her hardships with relationships. It's one of those movies that makes you both laugh and feel sympathy for the characters in the show. I definitely recommend it for anyone who hasn't had the chance to see it. Jason Scott Greenspan (George Costanza) off Seinfeld delivers an awesome display of sarcasm and cruelty to his best friend Jack Black throughout the entire show. Gwyneth Paltrow looks better than ever and pulls off the role of the chunky, unloved character Rosemary. She looks hot through most of it but then has to transform into this giant creature Rosemary. One other character in the movie that plays himself was Tony Robbins. I have to admit I didn't like him too much before I saw the show but I started liking him as the movie went on. As short of an appearance as he had, he played a genuine role and a believable character. His acting in each scene felt genuine and solid.
