oh yea, sweet diggity!!!!!
i think this was the last episode The show starts at the dump with the noise of a garbage truck and the scene of Ray getting garbage dumped on him. Ray calls for help on the CB radio and the boys came to Ray’s rescue. Ricky speaks and says that he wants to find a way to get Ray out of the dump and back into the park. The opening scene after the credits features Barb Lahey watching intently as Randy pumps up his bicycle tire. Lahey reveals that he is anxious about his chance to be reinstated as a police officer. He goes and asks Randy to be his character witness, and offers Randy the use of the video-tape evidence he has in exchange. Randy denies the request. Lahey then decides that there is only one other person that will speak for him and that person is Bubbles. Bubbles agrees to give Lahey a good character reference if Lahey promises to stop bothering the boys. Lahey signs a legal document that was written by Bubbles. Lahey agrees to stop harassing the boys, and to let Ray come back to the park as Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor. Lahey also agrees to let the boys grow as much dope as they want. Julian shows us a dope growing trailer that he has set up as a gift for Ricky. Corey and Trevor have outfitted the entire trailer with tin-foil. At the hearing, Bubbles confirms to the Police Chief that Lahey is good man and that it was not his fault that the police car was smashed into the trailer. The Police Chief reviews the video footage, sees that the boys caused Lahey to lose his license in the first place, and agrees that an injustice has been committed. He admonishes Officer George Green and then reinstates Lahey as a police officer. Meanwhile, Randy ’s breaks into Lahey’s trailer and steals the surveillance tapes. Then he calls Officer Ted Green and invites him mto the park to arrest the boys. Bubbles arrives back at the park and tells everyone about the peace agreement. But that is not the only good news, as Julian presents the dope trailer to Ricky as a gift. Ricky is happy! The boys decide to get stoned to celebrate. The next scene shows the boys sitting outside eating celery and bread. Ricky is drinking salad dressing from the bottle. Just then Randy shows up with the cops and tries to get the boys arrested. Just in the nick of time Lahey arrives, decked out in his cop uniform, and settles everything in the boy’s favor. The cops leave and Ricky thanks Lahey. Later, back in the Lahey’s trailer it is determined by Barb that Randy, Barb and Jim will continue to live together in blissful a three-way relationship. Suddenly, Sam Losco shows up and takes Randy hostage. He blames Randy for losing his job because of all the prank calls that were made earlier, when Randy was promoted to Associate Trailer Park Supervisor. Sam claims that Randy owes him $1800, but Randy claims that he only has $160.00 in the ATM. Sam takes Randy to the bank machine to get the 160 bucks and he tells Lahey to get the remaining cash. Lahey can’t handle seeing Randy in danger, and starts drinking again. He asks Ricky to help out and Ricky agrees. Sam calls and tells them that the swap will happen at the “Moose”. Lahey and Ricky take a cab, driven by Phil Collins (the big gut guy) to the swap location. After a short and ridiculous shootout, Ricky gets Sam to release Ricky by giving him $214 and a pound of weed to sell. Sam is satisfied; he releases Randy and grabs the cab back home. The final scene shows all the positives in the park. Ray is back in the park with a job as Assistant Trailer Supervisor. Barb, Randy and Jim Lahey are now living together in bliss. Ricky has encouraged Lahey to kick his drinking habit by smoking dope instead, and buy the dope from Ricky. Bubbles is happy because Kittyland Love Centre business is booming. Also, Julian has bought all the trailers of the people who were evicted, renovated them, and given them, back to them. Ricky spends his time growing dope and hanging out with his family. And most unlikely, no one goes to jail. |

ha ha dont get me wrong. it was a halarious episode. they all are.
I guess what I like about trailer park boys the most is the subtle humour that is written into it - all those little moments that a person might only catch on the 2nd or 3rd viewing of the episode. The introduction of the conkey/steve french episodes marked the change from mostly subtle humour to straight up absurd. Not a bad thing necessarily, but it was a noticeable shift from the tone of the first 3 seasons. I like the direction this season is taking. It's alot like the first 3 but with a bit more drama, it's got an entirely new feel to it. |
