EA Picks up Bioware for $280 million, Good bye staff!
EA planning 'small' staff cuts - News at GameSpot
So they're at it again, my friend who is a DD there is scared shittless for his job. I just found a few guys who were all about quality in games (most worked on Carbon and MW) Got fired. I cant change the topic - but apparently it was $860 Million, for the purchase. Jesus christ! |

Wait, they were concerned with quality? THose games had no quality....
I'm reserving judgment on Pro-Street since it seems to basically be a edgy GT4, more sim based....but before I left EA in the summer I got a sneak peak via a focus group of the NEXT next nfs (one due out in Q4 2008 i guess) and i'd much rather play it than pro-street, based on concept alone - who knows what actual content will be though. |
