I'm sorry to say

I really hate the american narator. I despise the swear filters (Food network, will have it unedited soon!)


But screw all that.

The American show is fantastic. The places Ramsay is visiting are terrible, the chefs are actually fighting back his words.
It's more entertaining.

I prefer the British version still but it just goes to show what's happening in American and Canadian kitchens.
